
Hoakalei Country Club Names Chef Arin Antonio as Chef De Cuisine
Hoakalei Country Club, home to Hawai‘i’s only Ernie Els-designed signature golf course, has named Chef Arin Antonio as Chef de cuisine.
Chef Antonio’s previous experience has included positions with Whole Foods Market, El Capitan Lodge in Alaska, Chef Mavro Restaurant and Waialae Country Club. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of the Pacific at Kapiolani Community College, he completed a three-year Apprenticeship Program at The Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.
Chef Antonio will facilitate the opening of the Club’s full service kitchen, and oversee the Club’s casual dining until the permanent Clubhouse is completed. He will also be responsible for catering the Club’s monthly social events as well as members’ private events.
