Commitment to Community
Over the years, Haseko's commitment to being a good neighbor has resulted in an active community stewardship program that provides millions of dollars of infrastructure improvements for ‘Ewa Beach, additional park lands, investment in area schools, and financial support for community organizations such as the ‘Ewa Beach Community Trust Fund, the Haseko Training Fund and Hoakalei Cultural Foundation.

Residential Community
The award-winning residential community of Ocean Pointe is currently being developed in ‘Ewa Beach on the southern coast of the island of O‘ahu. Construction began in 1997. So far, about 2,200 reside in Ocean Pointe.  Haseko's master plan also includes the adjacent Hoakalei Resort, several commercial areas, numerous parks and generous open-space buffers on approximately 1,100 acres.

Condominiums
In 1975, Haseko began responding to the need for new residential condominiums in Hawai‘i. From our first project, 444 Nahua, a 22- story high-rise in the heart of Waikīkī, to the gracious Courtyards at Punahou, we take pride in our ability to meet the demand for high-quality, high-rise residences. A few condominiums developed by Haseko in Hawai‘i include:

The Courtyards at Punahou
Attention to detail is the hallmark of this luxury residential condominium. The Courtyards at Punahou, located at the entrance to Mānoa Valley, is considered one of the most exclusive residential condominiums on the island of O‘ahu.

Liliuokalani Gardens
The award-winning Lili‘uokalani Gardens provides gracious living in the heart of world renowned Waikīkī on the island of O‘ahu.

Kona by the Sea
Kona by the Sea is located on the sunny Kailua-Kona coastline of the island of Hawai‘i. Lush landscaping and unparalleled views of the Pacific Ocean provide a stunning venue for this low-rise residential building.

Resorts
Seven years after establishing its presence in Hawai‘i, Haseko developed the anapali Shores resort condominium on the island of Maui. Six years later, Haseko's first resort hotel - the Kauai Hilton - welcomed its first guests to the southeastern shore of the Garden Isle. Haseko is currently planning Hoakalei Resort. This premiere world-class destination will feature one of the largest marinas in the state, resort spa, resort residences and Hoakalei Country Club - an 18-hole Ernie Els Signature golf course.

Commercial Buildings
Haseko's commercial developments in the islands reflect its corporate goals of quality construction and sound real estate investment. Its two most recognized commercial buildings are Haseko Center, and the adjacent office building, the Ocean View Center. These buildings are designed to capture unobstructed views of Honolulu Harbor. They border the State Capitol District in the heart of Honolulu's business district. Both buildings have received wide recognition and numerous awards for design, landscaping, building management, and maintenance programs.
