Building a Community Center
Construction is underway on the Ocean Pointe Community Center, located at the corner of Kaileole‘a Drive and Kapolei Parkway. Site work began in mid-February, and you’ll start seeing the walls going up within the next month or so. The area in front of the center closest to the intersection will be an open, grassy field. Parking is planned for the rear of the building.
The Ocean Pointe Residential Community Association will own and manage the facility, which will feature a meeting room and restrooms. In addition, the Community Association’s management company (Certified Management) is expected to have an office in the building to handle day-to-day business of the Association to better meet the needs of residents.
Construction on the center is scheduled to be completed later this fall.
